Main Street Venue

Main Street Venue offers tables and chairs for you to use with the price of your rental. If you would like to bring in more, be sure that they are approved. Decorations are allowed! But please no confetti, no tape or nails in/on the walls.
We provide a food prep area in our lower level equipped with full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, and a coffee maker

This building was placed on Main St. in the 1940's and finished by the American Legion. The Grimes community gathered in the building for potlucks, birthday parties, scouts, and even after proms! We are excited to bring a piece of history back to Grimes!  

Bathrooms and Kitchen are located in the lower level, accessible by stairs only.

MSV can comfortably hold up to 100 guests.

MSV offers twelve 6' tables and 70 folding chairs for renters to use.

To hold your date and time, a $100 deposit is due. Balance is due 60 days before event.

To make payment processing easy for our clients we use Square Inc. to send all invoices via email to be paid online.

A Rental Agreement Form must be agreed to by all renters.

Street parking is available. If additional parking is needed, that can be worked out with MSV.
